How is this different from your Turnkey or Furnishing service?
Interior Styling & Staging is the design layer — the curated, designer-led look that makes a unit photograph and rent beautifully. A full Turnkey Airbnb Setup wraps styling together with furnishing, photography, listing build, and tech into one managed launch. If you just need the design and styling, this is the right service.
Do you handle the furniture buying, or just advise?
We handle it end to end — design plan, sourcing from local and imported vendors, procurement, install, and the final styling pass. You approve the selections; we manage the rest.
Can you refresh a listing that's already furnished?
Yes. For an established listing going stale, we restyle and selectively replace — layering in soft goods, art, and accessories and re-photographing — so it presents as a fresher, more competitive listing without a full re-furnish.
How does pricing work?
Every unit is different, so we scope it to your property after the audit. Furnishings are billed transparently and the design and styling work is quoted up front in the proposal — no surprises before you approve.
